Designed with a tapered copper alloy jacket and form fitted lead core, these bullets were built for extreme accuracy and reliable expansion at broad ranges. Excellent bullet.. Very accurate and expanded evey single time through four layers of cloth into ballistic gel. Avg expansion 0.68", 16-18" of penetration of 25 rounds. No jacket seperations. Perfect mushroom, only thing is that it lost most of the pedals into gel. Pushed at 1087 FPS.

I loaded these hot over some Power Pistol and CCI primers. Shooting my G23. I shot gallon jugs full of water. It went through 3 of them. The first was ripped all apart, dropped a lot of energy. BIG holes through the 2nd and 3rd but angled out at bottom of the third one. I'm sure it would have gone into the 4th if it had stayed straight. found no lead or jacket fragments. When trying on metal targets, very good groups. At 15 yards, I put ten rounds on the plate but only one big nice spot where the white paint was gone. I like the XTP's and now these Nosler's. They are really good. If I can't get one the other will do just fine.

Uniform in size and weight. Am impressed by the consistent accuracy and group sizes over several types of powders. Expands surprisingly well despite lower velocities of a 180gr. projectile. This is my .40 S&W carry bullet. Nosler seldom disappoints.

I like this Nosler bullet. The hollow point is sort of funnel shaped. It opens up really well, and retains nearly all of its weight. This is going to be my choice for self defense. The larger quantity per box helps keep the price per load more reasonable.

I have a Sig Sauer in 40 S&W and a Colt Delta Elite in 10mm in all actuality the price was a deal as I have used Nosler before in other calibers years ago but they made a top quality Product then so why not now. I havent used the box I bought yet as their being saved for Boar Hunts and I thing a heavily loaded Nosler in 10mm will work just fine. I've been using a lot of Rainier copper plated for practice and Hornady or Speer Gold Dots for defensive use which I have also bought from your online store. Mainly Hornady as in the Delta Elite Jams with Gold dots probably because they have such a large cavity they keep hitting the side of the barrel even though its ramped and the barrel has been throated. oh well I had a Kimber Target11 that wouldn't load any load loaded to the COAL. if it was 1.160 they had to be reset to 1.140 no good and that was with 3 different Mags 1 came with the Gun the other I bought at a Gunsmith. an Orig. Kimber and a 3rd from Kimber and they were all the same. but back to the Nosler I tried loading 12 and put them in the mag and manually run the slide but all worked fine so I think I'm right they were good then and so far work good now.

In my experience, Nosler bullets are among the very best regardless of price. I have loaded these in both 40 S&W and 10mm. In informal wet phonebook tests they are ferocious especially at max 10mm velocities. I prefer a lighter bullet in the 40 (155-165gr) for self-defense.

I loaded up some Starline 10mm Auto brass with these Nosler bullets and they preformed quite well at the range in my G20. I would recommend them for the 10mm Auto.
