The 22 cal. 55gr bullet perform well and are accurate for target shooting... I think they would do well for hunting as well.

This bullet at first ...

This bullet at first glance with a flat base and the rather round nose looks like it will not perform...........In my Ruger M77 , with win case, primer and load of w748, this load, at 100 yards, will group 5 @ .36" !!No other bullets that I have loaded, can come close and for some odd reason the Speer 70gr will also group under 1 inch at 100 yards in this rifle.Speers work.

Shot a 7/8 inch group at ...

Shot a 7/8 inch group at 100 yds with my Ruger 77/22 Hornet and Lil'Gun at 2500 fps. This proved to be a perfect combination for a 30 lb Bobcat at 30 yards. It broke the near shoulder, angled back and stopped under the skin on the far side, about 12 inches penetration and a perfect mushroom. I couldn't ask for more.
