Bought this cot to go ...

Bought this cot to go camping. My other cot was too lightweight ( I am 6'2" and 290lbs). this cot is very sturdy.....until you sleep on it. Set up for the first time was difficult. The top was so taught that I had to use an axe handle to lever the end pieces into place. First night camping the top stretched about 2 inches. The second night it has stretched out to the point that I was sleeping on the metal frame. Twice I rolled over and the top was so loose that the end bars fell off. Two days after returning home I again set up the cot and the top was very tight. Laid on it for 10 min and the top began to stretch out and sag. If you are planning to order this cot be sure to have a mattress along for the trip so you get some sleep.
