Did not work with my ear ...

Did not work with my ear muffs.The section that holds the ear muffs is 1-1/8" wide which is not wide enough for either of my ear muffs. Will fit up to 1 3/4" belt.

I could not readily clip ...

I could not readily clip my headband in and withdraw it readily at first. Taking a serious look at the clip & band. I found a long, good area that would ease in and ease out w/the use of some electrical tape and 2 or 3 small black tiewraps, good for life works great. No work req'd on clip.

Handiest gadget I have ...

Handiest gadget I have picked up in along time.I used to hang my muffs on my pistol grip, USPSA won't let me do that anymore. These are great!
