After squirrel season ...

After squirrel season recently came in I found myself in a pinch and purchased #4 instead of #6, I couldn't have made a better choice. After 5 rounds at the range I found that it patterned extremely well, well out past 30 yds which is beyond what I'll take with a 410. Once in the woods I bagged an easy 4 with this ammo, mostly "easy" because of how the ammo patterned and lack of recoil. Head shots that dropped them cold on 3 out of the 4 and a body shot on the 4th which he went less than 5 ft up the tree then dropped. Then a friend needed to borrow a few shells, he also came out greatly impressed with this ammo. Even with the short pistol barrel of T/C encore. My rifle was an Older New England Firearms. Also looking forward to trying this in a Taurus Judge.

I took my nephew turkey ...

I took my nephew turkey hunting last year with his new 410 gauge single shot youth shotgun and he killed a 21 pound gobbler at approximately 30 yards with these same shells. The turkey had at least 12 pellets in his neck and head. we were both very pleased with the performance of these shells, and had very little recoil from his full chocked barrel.
