The California Competition Works Shell Caddy Tactical Shotshell Ammunition Carrier is made of glass-filled nylon. This carrier comes with two spacers - the thin one is used with U.S. made slugs, the thick one allows 2-3/4" U.S. made buckshot and birdshot. The 4 round capacity speed stripper will also hold one 20-round AR-15 magazine.

Works okay, I would prefer that they were made only for 2 3/4" shells. I haven't had any problem with them, but the thought that I might lose the extra piece bother me.

They include spacers for ...

They include spacers for 2-3/4" shells which are secured with Velcro. Problem is, with the (included) Velcro in place, the shell holder is too narrow; I could not properly load/unload shells. I had to super glue the spacer in place which works well enough, but I am concerned about longevity of that solution. For the price I paid, I should NOT have to engineer that solution for their product.

Having borrowed a set for ...

Having borrowed a set for a 3-gun match I was so impressed that I decided to get a set myself. They are well made and allow very fast reloads once the shooter practices and understands the in hand reload technique. A great buy and usable with multiple lenght shells due to the provided inserts.
