The Glockworx Competition Spring Kit contains an extra heavy trigger spring (heavier is better, as it helps you pull the trigger), a reduced power firing pin spring, and a reduced power firing pin safety spring. The result is the lightest and smoothest possible trigger pull for your Glock. When used in conjunction with the Glockworx V3 Race Connector (153-418), the trigger pull weight is reduced down to 2 lbs total.

Horrible product. I ...

Horrible product. I installed this set on my 21 and 36...after one afternoon of shooting, the trigger spring stretched so far it wouldn't reset the trigger and the striker spring/plunger spring were already worn out to the point that the firing pin wouldn't strike the primer hard enough to fire. I would not recommend this to anyone....ever.

Cost saving upgrade for competition shoo

I purchased a much more expensive ($129) full, drop in competition trigger for one of my competition guns but put this kit in another gun. There is little difference in the trigger pull weight. The competition trigger is slightly crisper but with practice they shoot the same. Save your money and buy this kit.

I want to caution everyone on what some people are saying is a reset problem as I had the same experience. To reproduce: In safe area with no ammo and an unloaded pistol:1. Dry fire the pistol, holding the trigger back after the break2. Rack the slide (while holding the trigger back)3. Slowly release your trigger finger allowing the trigger to move forward4. Check if your trigger safety extended out all the way from the trigger face. Move the trigger forward manually to verify.5. If the safety does not engage properly every time (without pushing the trigger forward) than you have a problem.Because I was happy with this kit and the new 3lb pull when used with the Glockworx connector and a gen3 trigger bar in my Gen4 G34, I decided to modify my trigger safety to engage sooner. I verified the safety works properly and firing pin safety is not disengaged in this new position. The new trigger start position from these springs, does offer less takeup in the trigger. This gun is used only for competition and I have put over 500 rounds through it so far with no misfires using factory ammo. I'm using the stock Gen4 recoil springs.

I used in a 34 for 3 gun use. I was having problems with my trigger pull and always hit low left so I wanted to lessen the poundage on the trigger by adding a spring kit. Yes, the kit worked, dropping my trigger from a 4.5 to a 2.5. It was shooting good with great groups slightly left, something I can work with. Problem came after about 100 rounds it started misfiring but not bad, one here and there. Thought it might be the ammo. While in competition I had four misses in a row eating up valuable seconds. After that stage I changed out the glockworx (was way too light) to my factory spring. No more miss fires and shot great. The only down fall the pounds went up to 3.5 tested by a RCBS gauge.

Having probs with reduced power firing pin spring. Shoot 300-400 rounds per week, started having multiple FTF w/CCI primers after installing spring kit and race connector... Also same prob with factory ammo.. Will change back to orignal firing pin spring. Recommend testing before use in a personal defense weapon..

I ordered this sunday morning received it wednesday. They expected me to get it friday. I am extremly happy with the ship time. Install time for comp. spring kit and the 2lb. connector was maybe 10 minutes. So far seems great. Cant wait to try it out tomorrow. Thank you midway

Very nice .. from 5.0lbs to about 4.0lbs when I installed this into my glock 21 gen 3 .. I matched it with a ghost inc connector and it went down to about 2.5 then I polished the connector and that dropped it down to about 2.0lbs ... Very nice kit . Felt the change in trigger pull once I installed it . Worth buying and will get some more if I get more glocks..

Bought the V4 Race Connector along with the spring kit. Love the reduced pull on my service weapon (Glock 22). Installed in about 10 minutes with just a punch. I have bought another set for my daughters Glock 22C.
