The F.I.G.H.T. medical pouch Maxpedition's is a top-tier Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK) which owes its existence to a highly successful collaborative effort with Extreme Gear Labs (EGL). While this pouch is MOLLE Compatible it also features another very handy attribute: it can be quickly detached from its base. The idea behind this ingenious feature is simple: if the person wearing the pouch were to become a casualty, responding presonnel could quickly remove it and use or stow the contents without difficulty. And while the patent pending F.I.G.H.T Pouch is dimensionally compact, it can easily fit a 500cc IV with plenty of room for additional supplies.

  • Internal seams taped and finished
  • Paracord zipper pulls
  • Stress points double stitched, Bartacked or "Box-and-X" stitched for added strength
