The Maxpedition Web Dominator is a strap mannagement system designed primarily for the excess one inch webbing on backpack shoulder straps after they have been tightened. Works well on backpack sternurm straps to position a hydration system's drink tube. Made from durable, low IR signature material, the Web Dominator is compatible with currently issued military field gear.
