Product Information

Yankee Hill Machine Barrel Thread Protector Caps are machined from steel and knurled for positive grip. Designed to protect barrel threads when not using a muzzle break, flash hider, or suppressor.

Technical Information:
  • Standard AR-15s chambered for 223/5.56x45mm NATO should have 1/2"-28 threading
  • AR-10 and LR-308 style rifles chambered in 308 Winchester should have 5/8" -24 threading
  • Thread Protector Caps are available in the white or with matte black finish
  • Bull barrel diameter caps are .920"
  • Standard barrel diameter caps are .750"
  • Pencil barrel diameter caps are .625"
