Rifle Basix Triggers are manufactured from the highest quality materials. Internal parts are EDM cut from A2 tool steel and then heat treated and polished for consistent performance. This trigger requires the use of the factory safety; gunsmith installation is recommended.

Super easy install. Took ...

Super easy install. Took about 20 minutes from stock removal to replacement. Would have been shorter, but being a perfectionist, spent about 10 minutes getting it just perfect.(for me)This was the first one I've ever installed, and even with 2 left hands, 10 thumbs, and no mechanical aptitude, was a breeze.Do degrease the trigger and screws with a solvent before assembly, when satisfied with settings get some of the ugliest red nail polish to lock the screws in place.Also when the directions say "just touching" that's EXACTLY what it means, no extra snugging! (or you'll be readjusting once tension on that screw is relieved) I learned.

I bought one of these and installed it in a Savage ML10 II muzzle loader. It was not measurably better than the factory trigger. I was not able to get it to adjust safely below 3 pounds. It was more sensitive to sear engagement than pull adjustment. No matter what combination I tried, if it was adjusted below 3 pounds, trigger release was unreliable. If you look at the design, it does not appear to be significantly different from the factory trigger, so this wasn't really a surprise. It was not difficult to install, and it required no inletting for full functionality in my laminated factory stock.If your factory trigger is lousy, this might be a good replacement. My factory trigger was pretty decent, and it was possible to adjust it safely to about 3 pounds too, so the Rifle Basix didn't offer an advantage in my installation.

Installed this in a friends Savage Edge 223! Worked great and greatly improved the rifle's accuracy! Easy directions and easy to set. Safety works great and trigger pull is light and crisp! Get one!!

Wanted to give my Savage Axis a present to upgrade its trigger and it was a choice between Rifle Basix and Timney. Choose the Basix as it appeared to have more adjustments for finer tuning. Am more than pleased with the results. It breaks like glass at 1 1/2 lbs. My Axis will be with me in the hunt therefore have given it the safety test and it passed with flying colors. It would have been better if the instructions gave the sequence of adjustments. Got it from a guy on YT which made the install a no guessing 15 minute job. Here's the order: 1st Sear screw 2nd trigger pull 3rd trigger creep. My buddy has the Timney and its pretty good too but I'm sold on this RB trigger. Midway delivered in record time again!!!!

I installed this trigger into my Savage model 12 (300 WSM), it took about 35 minutes and I was being very careful with my adjustments. I was able to adjust the trigger pull down to 1.1 lbs., and it passed the bump test. The trigger has no pre/over travel, and the safety works correctly. I'm very pleased, and would recommend to a friend.

After buying a Savage Axis in .223 Remington, I wanted a lighter trigger and bought a Rifle Basix trigger. The Rifle Basix trigger brought the trigger pull down from over 6 lbs. to 1.5 pounds, measured by my RCBS gauge. I am achieving .5 moa accuracy at 100 yds. Thank you Rifle Basix, Midway and Savage.

Installing this trigger on my new Savage Axis was a piece of cake, and reduced the trigger pull from 7 lbs to 1.75 lbs. The trigger is crisp, breaks like glass, and has no creep. I would gladly put this brand of trigger on any rifle I own.

Great trigger, much better than factory one. Installed on my Stevens 200 centerfeed 223, first trigger job took 5 minutes to take out old and put in new trigger, 15 minutes to completely adjust trigger to a safe, smooth, no creep, no overtravel, clean 2.5 pound pull. Slam Bam Drop tested several times (hard enough I worry about the scope zero!) no chance of accidental discharge, very happy. Fits in stock trigger guard and stock with no modifications neccesary, directions were good enough but I did search on youtube to find excellent video of how to adjust trigger, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was the trigger does have some slop side to side. Not a functional problem, still an excellent trigger, and it is very minor, would rather have given 4 1/2 stars. Buy it you'll love it! My 2 cents

Put one on my 110 rechambered to .338-06 AI and it shoots 5 shot one hole groups at 100yds. Easy to install and great groups - doesn't get any better!

Like other previous posts very nice install, do wish they would add a spare clip into the package as the little moon clip does tend to fly off and never be found. The install went easily and adjustment is precise. My advice to the novice is have a smith do the work or someone mechanically inclined as you do have to kinda sit back and figure out what does what in the trigger assembly and why, it makes the adjustments easier. Anyhow after I figured out what each screw and the new spring was for. Very nice trigger and very well constructed, I've been eying a new trigger for my 110 in 22-250 for two yrs now, definitely makes the rifle more enjoyable on those Long shots. I have timney in two other rifles and they are about on same plain and design. Thank you Rifle Basix for breathing new life into an old rifle

Easy to install, a little tricky to get the adjustment just right, but once its right, it feels great! A few nit picks... only half of the screws came with LocTite on the threads, the other two I had to add LocTite and wait for it to dry, otherwise the adjustment would go out and it might fire on safe. I don't have a trigger pull gauge, but the spring feels a bit stiff, maybe it has to break in a little. Overall, I'm satisfied.
