The plastic is the ...

The plastic is the hard/fragile kind that if you drop it's going to chip. Relatively cheap feel to the box and does not have a hinge. The top can be attached two different ways: one way locks the top and the second does not. I prefer hinged boxes made of more durable polymer.

Great way to organize the ...

Great way to organize the bench. I have all four dies, the shell holder, the Lee case length tool and it's shell holder stored in each box. The shell holder for the case length tool fits snugly in the space provided for the Lee dipper (which I removed since I have the set). I also really like the idea of deciding on the snap tight fit or the slip fit. I use the slip fit when they are on the shelf but rotate the lid and use the snap fit for transportation.

Bought 4 of these boxes ...

Bought 4 of these boxes to organize some loose dies. Basic box construction was OK however all of the lids were warped. The lids rocked, did not fit well and would not stack satisfactorily. All were returned. I use a lot of LEE products. However, these boxes were not up to their standards.

I love these boxes. They are 100% better than the old flip top boxes that break apart after 2 uses. They stack beautifully, and fit my dies perfectly. It is nice to have a box that will hold all 4 dies. I ordered 12 to retrofit all the flip top boxes and round cases that I have with other calibers.

These boxes work fine ...

These boxes work fine until you set up a die with a larger lock ring like what's used on the Forster Co-ax. With the larger rings, the lid won't snap shut. Although I've had great success with Lee dies, this point alone is a big enough deal that I won't be buying anymore of them. If I can't close the lid, they won't stack and that's a huge pain in the backside.

These are excellent ...

These are excellent boxes, very nice to have all four in one box. Using them to put the 3 Lee die set and factory crimp together like the deluxe pistol sets.

Terrible box to open. I ...

Terrible box to open. I have cracked the cover doing so after repeated openings. I like the round turret boxes much better for ease of opening.
