Product Information

The CRKT M16 has become one of the company's best known and most carried knives. Its high performance and quality along with the unique carson flipper have made it popular among law enforcement and first responders. The ZER and ZLEK knives incorporate many features requested by those in the public safety community. This includes a tungsten carbide window breaker tip in the butt of the knife and a strap cutter incorporated into the carson flipper that allows the knife to cut seat belts with the blade closed.

All CRKT M16 series knives feature the AutoLAWKS safety feature which automatically locks the blade in the open position; basically turning the knife into a fixed blade. In addition, the M16Z Series of knives feature the InterFrame design which uses 420J2 Stainless Steel liners covered by textured Zytel scales.
