The Yankee Hill Machine Todd Jarrett Competition Series forearms were designed in conjunction with acclaimed shooter Todd Jarrett. Additionally, the handguards feature a rail-free grip area for a more comfortable grip and Yankee Hill's unique diamond shaped heat vents. The extended top rail creates a monolithic gap-free look.

The Yankee Hill Todd Jarrett Handguards are also "T" marked along the rail sections to mark accessory locations, and they utilize the YHM anti-rotation screws for secure installation. The carbine version mounts so that the front sight is surrounded by the forearm on the bottom and both sides while the mid length and rifle length are standard free float tube handguards. The handugards and barrel nuts are made of 6061-T6 aluminum and are Type III hardcoat anodized to military specifications. The jam nut and anti-rotation screws are steel and plated a matte black finish to match.

SO, I received my Extended Rifle YHM Todd Jarrett free float hand guard from Midway. I was happy to find there was no signature on this hand guard. Now, I just wish the cheesy 5.56 was gone from my YHM A3 upper.

I have attached it and taken it to the range it is solid and comfortable to shoot bare handed. I have not put any accesories up front yet but the picatinny rails look like they are up to the challenge.

Excellent Product! The Rifle length Handguard it over my DPMS 18" Mini SASS Fluted Bull Barrel with low Profile Gas Block without any problems. Mine did not come with any signature on it, which I'm not disapointed about. I also love how lightweight this handguard is. Would deffinatly get this Free Float tube for future builds!

Mounted the 15 inch rail over a 20 inch 5.56 barrel with a YHM low profile gas block. Very nice fit and finish. Installation was easy enough for anyone with basic mechanical skills, a vise block and a barrel nut wrench. Would recommend using loctite on the set screws and end cap, I did.

Awesome product. Used the extended rifle length on a 18" 6.8 SPR. Light weight saved a bit of heft on an already stout rifle. Love the long length, used with the YHM end cap makes for a very neat appearance. Will build another with this handguard, maybe rifle length this time.

This is absolutely a great product! It fit perfectly and looks great for my 6.8 with 20" barrel, and it's light for its length! Gas piston system needs rail with larger inner diameter to clear the tube so it's important that you buy the right rail instead of dropping your rating because it didn't fit... anyway, it's a 5 star in my book.

I wanted a free float handguard but didn't want the full length rails. This handguard fit the bill, not bulky with uncomfortable rails. Smooth clean lines and the end cap gives it a nice finished look. 30 min. to install. Nice fit and finish.

I originally bought this for my Adams Arms piston mid-length upper. It doesn't fit, not enough room for the piston rod. I ended up installing it on my AR 11" pistol upper, looks great on it. Just disappointed that it didn't fit my AA piston upper that's why I gave it only 4 stars.

Love this handguard. It is very comfortable, and can increase accuracy being free floating. Only 4 stars because I don't care for Todd Jarrett's signature on it. I think it is goofy.
