The Mako Vertical Forend Grip allows shooters to maintain a natural fighting stance hold on their rifle. The grip is slightly angled to counter recoil and allow for improved performance in reaction, on-target time, and muzzle control. The Mako Quick Release Vertical Forend Grip is constructed entirely from Mil-Spec reinforced polymer composite making it extremely lightweight.

This grip is very well made. I have it on a Rem 870. The grip is very secure and has the quick release button. There is also a screw that can be tightened for a more secure mount. Either way, the grip doesnt budge. The storage compartment is large and doesnt compromise the integrity of the grip. Good buy overall.

Perfect for my AKs new handguard the wooden handguard got too hot this pistol grip keeps the heat away from my hand so I can shoot a lot more a lot faster. It looks really cool angled like a Tommy gun pistolgrip. Has a perfect balance of rubber and polymer to make comfortable feel

I bought this forend grip to match the rear pistol grip on the Mako stock that I bought for my Remington 870. It attached easily and feels great while holding the gun in a normal shooting position. For some reason though, there is a cut down the center of the upper rear section of this grip and I have found that the gap that is left by this cut out is a bit uncomfortable when handling the gun and moving it around when my support hand is on the forend grip at an unnatural angle. If not for that cut, I would have found it a lot more comfortable.

Good grip all around. The finger grooves are perfectly placed. My only problem was that i cant get the storage compartment open, but i have one on my ar's pistol grip so it doesnt matter.

I bought the grip on a whim, it looked cool and big enough for my hands. I got it and I love it, it fits perfect and worth the money. It also has a hinged compartment in it too which is pretty big. Good buy in my book. Only hang up is it was a little hard to get on my UTG quad rail. And the quick release isnt the best but I didnt buy it for that. Its solid
