Product Information

Hiviz sights are machined from solid steel and feature fiber optic inserts for increased visibility. The steel portion of the sight has a square profile to decrease the time to acquire the sight picture. The fiber optic light pipe is recessed slightly to reduce the halo effect experienced with some fiber optic sight. The sight features interchangeable fiber optic light pipes to adjust to different shooters or light conditions, colors include green, red, orange, and white. Light pipe removal tool and storage case included.

Good sight

This is a great sight for quick target acquisition. I have it on my GP100 and it helps with my older eyes. It is not as precise as a target sight but I enjoy it for hunting and informal shooting.

Installation is "push-button" easy and the fit is perfect. The light pipe really makes the front sight jump out in daylight but still gathers enough light indoors to be useful. My only perceived down-side would concern durability. Given that the sight comes with a small container and 5 extra light pipes, the maker appears to have given my concern some thought too. My GP100 has a factory adjustable rear sight, so this is a low cost way to upgrade to a fiber optic sight without spending extra to unnecessarily replace the rear.

I have used these on several different firearms and they are great. Quick target aquisition in all light. I sold a GP100 with them on it and regretted letting the sight go so I had to order another set. Live and learn.

I recently purchased the Hiviz front sights with the interchangeable lite pipe for my GP 100 for competing in IDPA. The sights was easy to install and has worked great in competition. I highly recommend this sight system to others who want a very fast front sight picture whether it be for concealed carry or in the world of competition. Fantastic, target aquisition is fast. The contrast between the lite pipe and the rear sight makes for quickly finding the sweet spot. Very easy to change out the lite pipes. Would be nice if they offered a smaller diameter, say 1mm for longer range accuracy. Would definitely recommend.

Great option for a clear and bright front sight. It is easily installed with a perfect fit. The light pipes are easily replaced with the included tool. The extra pipes are also conveniently stored in the included container. I will say that outdoors or in direct light indoors, they pick up light and glow very well. In the dark or dim indoor light, they lack their bright glow but still work as a normal sight would.
