If you are looking for maximum wound channels without sacrificing penetration, you have found it with the rage slip-cam mechanical broadhead. The rear deploying blade design does not lose energy like many mechanical heads, and the devastating 2" diameter cut opens massive wound channels on the animal. The body of this head is machined from aircraft grade aluminum and features a HexFlat design which promotes stable flight. This broadhead will give you field point accuracy, superior penetration, and absolutely devastating wound channels. The Rage Slip cam truly is a killing machine. Included in the pack are 3 Rage 2-blade heads and 1 Rage practice 2 Blade.

I had arrows that were too light and on impact the arrows flexed so badly that it bent the blades on the broadhead and only got about three to four inches of penetration and did not recover the deer. Wouldn't use anything less than 400 grain arrow personally.

Rage are easily the best ...

Rage are easily the best mechanical. Simple design that kills...period. Sure these aren't cheap...but I don't hunt because it's cheap, I hunt because it's awesome. I shoot a 60lb bow, 29" draw, 388gr. arrows at 268fps = 62 ft/lbs at 0yds, 41ft/lbs at 60ydsThe biggest complaint about these heads is that they sometimes open in flight. I haven't seen it happen, but I also change out my O-rings before EVERY hunt. I also change out my blades before EVERY hunt. Why risk it? Old o-rings=open in flight. Blunt blades=bad penetration. I also check to make sure the blades are locked every time i put them in the quiver. No problems. I actually switch to the 40ke 1.5" blades when hunting elk and have had good success. The 2" work great on deer and turkey. These blades actually saved me when I made a bad shot (it happens) on a 155" whitetail last year. Such a big cut I still recovered the biggest buck of my life! People who say they don't open on contact are lying. There is no way these blades can't open on contact. And those who say they made a "perfect" shot and no blood or whatever are lying. Do your part, and these broadheads will do theirs. Bottom line: These broadheads rock and are very dependable when the hunter is dependable. I'm Rage for life!

Love The product, Taken 6 Deer and 1 Bore Hog that top the scale at 260, complete pass through on all. Never had to change the blades only resharpen.

I'm a first-time bow hunter and shot my first deer with one of these broadheads. It left a hole in the side of my Whitetail doe big enough you could have stuck a tennis ball through. It performed with astounding accuracy with the same grouping as my field point. I highly recommend this product and will continue to use it myself! You won't be disappointed!!

Flies like a field point ...

Flies like a field point so no need to adjust sights for broadheads and tear up your targets. I have used these on three white tails with 2 broadside pass through and one deer was facing me and my arrow entered the chest and exited the rear of the animal, complete pass though lengthwise!!Only complaint is the blades are held in place with an O-ring and they can come loose and flop around very easily. I stalk a lot from the ground and if the broadhead touches bushes or tall grass, or even gets bumped while knocked the blades fall loose and have to be reset with your fingers. They do perform amazing on impact, fly exactly as field points, and are super tuff.

The fly great out to 70 yards, just like field points. I have killed a doe and a turkey with these. Big entry holes and no exit on either. Not sure how they well they would penetrate it you hit the shoulder. The blades pop open in the quiver which is annoying, but not a really big deal. I still like a little more compact broadhead for penetration, but can't complain about their performance.

Put's a hole you could put your fist through. Even at 58yrds it flies like a field point. I have shot deer, hog, aoudad, zebra, kudu, waterbuck, Impala and blesbuck with the rage 2 blade. All went down fast with a major blood trail!!!!!!

All I can say is if the sight of blood makes you sick, do not use this broadhead. I have never killed deer as quickly and humanly as I have with this broadhead. Wish I would have switched sooner. These broadheads fly exactly the same as the practice broadhead that comes with it.

Wow! If you're looking for field tip accuracy and devastating wound channels, this is the mechanical for you. I have shot hogs and my first turkey with the Rage 2 blade. One of the hogs I shot was a double lung on a sow at 70 yards! That's field point accuracy. I will say that I haven't got the pass through penetration on the hogs like a fixed blade, but the broadhead usually makes a small hole on the exit side and almost passes through. Like any mechanical broadhead, this is not what you want if you will be hunting in brushy areas that may open the head before it reaches your target. I have also found that once shot into an animal, the two blades are usually toast so you will have to replace them. Hope the review helps!
