This tool does an excellent job when removing the old trigger guard rivets from an AK parts kit or if you're replacing one on a working gun. It keeps the drill bit from "walking off the round rivet heads while your drilling the old rivets out and allows you to do this task without egging out the holes in the trigger guard and/or the receiver. Definitely worth the price for the time it saves and headaches it prevent while removing a trigger guard not to mention the damage it prevents due to drill bit walking. It is another of those invaluable tools if you find you need to remove a trigger guard from a AK! RemMaxP.S. It also works on the single rear rivet at the rear of the trigger guard by turning it sideways and using only one hole. Also the use of a Colbalt (or Carbide) Drill Bit is highly recommendedRemMax
