This mount was a little different from what I expected, but I like it. This system has two parts, left and right. Half of each ring is part of one side of the base. Think of it as a clam shell. Place the scope between the two parts, loosely tighten the screws, place mount on your gun, position your scope for proper eye relief, tighten all ten screws. This mount is solid and robust, well priced, and made in the U.S.A. Perfect for an all American AR!

What a mess. More than 12 screws and the base is split in half so the scope must be removed with the whole mount in 2 two halves. Bad design very hard to take on and off.no wonder its on sale. I am returning mine and buying a better quality. This is a Rube Goldberg mount. Never again on this one.

This scope mount was easy to assemble, is of the highest quality, and keeps my Leupold scope in perfect position for a proper cheek weld and subsequent follow-up shots on a R-15.

Have urged all my fellow AR shooters to buy this scope mount for their rifles. It is rock solid, allows plenty of room for proper eye relief, and just looks good.

Last time at the range, I got more questions about the mount than the rifle or scope.

At its price point it is a true "Made-in-USA" best buy!

Mounted this unit on my Sig Sauer M400 Enhanced AR15. Unit is solid, and the perfect height. Eye relief distance is improved. Eliminates issues with front sight showing up in scope. Took only a few minutes to assemble - a few more screws then other mounts but is rock solid. Would buy another one without hesitation. EXCELLENT value for the money.

Took about 10 minutes max to mount my scope - EXCELLENT mount! Scope is now further forward, eye relief is much better and I can get to the charging handle with no problems. Can now use the 3x & 4x magnifications without front sight being in scope glass due to slight increase in height. SO glad I bought this mount - highly recommended.

This is one of the very few purchases that I made here on midway that I was not sure about. I took a gamble because of the reviews and it paid off fully and then some. I will admit this mount is not conventional and it does look complicated, I had my doubts. The machining and finishing is beautiful, it was made right here in the USA and its design is unique. When you really think about how this mount works it makes perfect since. You really have to tighten this thing down to appreciate it. If you want a scope mount for an AR that you do not intend to remove, look no further.

I mounted this on my AR Ruger Sr.22 flattop and gives it that extra height that I needed and not to mention it makes it look twice as nice looking on the gun! 50 bucks you can't beat price. I will be getting another for my S&W m&p 15 flattop. 5 star all the way.

VERY NICE! High quality piece looks great and hold zero even on my LR-338 Federal. It has a cool little American Flag on one side and the AR-Stoner logo on the other which is a nice touch. Not too bad to install you just have to have everything within arm's reach. Mount the scope with the top screws leaving the mount free to slide on the pic rail that way you can set eye relief and then install the rail locking bolts, not bad at all. I definitely recommend this mount for any AR application!

This mount is awesome, light weight yet stout. This mount is worth twice as much and is perfect for ar15's. If you dont need a quick release mount buy this one. You wont regret it!
