Winchester Smokeless Powders have been around since the late 1800s. Customers that have shot Winchester factory loaded ammunition know that quality of propellant they're receiving as soon as the first shot is fired. Supreme 780 is the same powder loaded in Winchester's Factory Supreme ammunition. 780 is a Ball Powder propellant, which exhibits easy measure flow resulting in very consistent charge weights. 780 has a comparable burn speed to Hodgdon H4831.
