If you are looking at ...

If you are looking at these reviews you are probably hoping to find something in an electronic call that is less expensive than a FoxPro, but that is still highly rated. In my opinion you have found that in this product. In the past 6 years I've owned 3 other electronic calls. First was a Johnny Stewart Predator Master--hated the wires and sound cards. Then I bought a FoxPro FX3--great call, but really too much money for the amount I used it so I sold it online for about what I gave for it (still in high demand and short supply at the time). I then bought a FoxPro Spitfire. It was an okay call, and I actually liked the remote better than the FX3, but it wasn't loud enough IMO.I finally found this call and read as many online reviews as I could find. I honestly think this is the electronic call for me. The remote is great and you don't have to guess which sounds you are using. The volume might not be quite as loud as a FX3 or FoxPro Firestorm, but it's substantially better than a Spitfire and it has TWO speakers. In short--it's plenty loud.The sounds are great and even though you can't add to the sound library, it has enough selection that I can't really see the need for the occasional predator hunter. I'll post an updated review once I get a little field time in, but for now I'm impressed.

I recently purchased this and took it to the sand hills of Nebraska coyote hunting. The weather didn't cooperate but the call performed flawlessly despite some of the negative reviews that I have read. So far I think this is a quality product that won't disappoint you.

I bought the ER1 & sent ...

I bought the ER1 & sent it back due to the fact it started to distort sounds after the 4th time I used it. Lots of white sound in my caller also.The remote did work to 340 yards in open view, but of course I could not hear it that far off.It could be louder as I had a hard time hearing it at 70 yards.The remote back light ( blue color) is way to bright in the dark/night, gives your location away as its like a flashlight in your eyes...did I say it was bright! Flextone needs to make it orange or red for less brightness..Flextone customer service is...well not up to par either when I called to ask about my issues the guy who answered was not informative & I was told to 'Just send it back if you don't like it!"It is a good entry unit I'd have to say though.

I bought this caller and ...

I bought this caller and I am extremely happy with the performance. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because it could be a little louder on some of the calls. The remote is phenomenal. Just tonight I had it working at over 150 yrds from me. It has 100 sounds on it and they sound good. Battery life seems very good. I have owned the BIG NAME in callers before and this caller for the money is a heck of a deal. If your not sure if predator calling is for you.Try this caller before spending 400-500 dollars. Thats my .02 worth :)
