The grip IS SHORT. If you ...

The grip IS SHORT. If you have huge hands, don't bother with it because it is the only of its kind in this size. It's as slim as the receiver and I have "medium" hands according to Mechanix which run a little big on me and this grip JUST fits my hand. It was a wicked tight fit on my Doublestar lower, I had to knock it in with a mallet and it uses a flat head just like Magpul grips. Also has its own gapper built on like TangoDown. Overall awesome product, much better pointability and better ergonomics for shoulder changing and at less than 20 bucks, why not?

A well made and simple ...

A well made and simple grip. My only complaint is the size. The item description is not real clear. I like the grip and would have given it more star except for size. I have average to large hands ( wear large gloves) and this grip is swallowed up by my hand leaving my pinkie with nothing to hold on to. Still a quality product from Troy.

The grip is stubby and ...

The grip is stubby and offers a quick engagement. It should be noted that the grip lock washer is not compatible with this grip for it is to narrow, however the grip came with a grip screw which was half coated in lock tight. Overall I love the grip and best of all it matches my troy battle axe stock.
