The Troy Industries Flip-Up Rear BattleSight is a locking sight designed for flat top receivers. The sight is made of hardened T6 aircraft aluminum with stainless steel components. The sight features two apertures, attaches to the rail with a flathead cross-bolt. The DOA aperture is optically engineered to center your eye faster, and provide a more clear target picture than standard round apertures. Dual apertures with a 0-300 meter setting and a 500 meter setting. Rear sight aperture includes tritium light inserts.

Very well made. Easy to ...

Very well made. Easy to install. The aperture is nice, I think the diamond shape is a little more forgiving than the standard donut. It allows a slightly easier centered alignment of the front post. The tritium is nice to have... but not really necessary. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5... the price is a bit steep. There are other alternatives that are much cheaper, but whether they stack up is debatable. If you want the tritium, get it... these BUIS are great! But the tritium isn't necessary and you can save a little bit of coin by getting the non-Tritium version of these.
