I used it in a vintage ...

I used it in a vintage mil match this April 2012 and it wouldn't lock down in both rapid rounds. I couldn't believe it ! They worked great in practice. Use the 8 round clip with 2 rounds instead of this 2 round deal in a competition and you won't have any dropped rounds.

I purchase two of these ...

I purchase two of these clips and neither would lock into any of my eight Garands. I called Aggressive Eng. and am sending them back for evaluation. I will update my eval when I get them back. Of course I will have to fall back on the old school method for the match this weekend.

The clip holds 2 rounds ...

The clip holds 2 rounds very well, but it doesn't release the bolt on my M1 when I insert it into the receiver. Pushed it all the way to the bottom of the receiver with no luck (or M1 thumb)I ended up having to push the clip in with one hand and release the bolt with the other. Maybe it's just out of spec since the other reviewers don't seem to have any problems with them.

Product performs well. I have had no problem at all. Just what a Garand shooter needs if you shoot hi-power. Buy two so you don't have to reload the clips between strings.
