Just installed a pair on a MkIII. The fit on the frame and the cutout (slide stop, mag release, safety) positioning are absolutely perfect. Checkering is super precise, and wood color and grain are really nice. Rounder profile (compared to std. flat plastic grips) causes controls to protrude less so you have to be a bit more deliberate when releasing the slide and magazine, but the great fit in my hand (glove size large) is way more important to me.

I returned these grips. The wood was nice, however the fit was poor. It would have needed extensive fitting to work. Grips interfered with magazine seating on the bottom, and overhung the trigger guard on the right side. Edges were sharp and needed contouring. There was a hole/slot where the magazine release would be on a Mark 3, however these grips were for a Mark 2 (with heel mag release) Gave it a 'fair' rating because if you're handy with a dremel & woodworking tools this could be made to fit. Definitely not a drop-in part.

I just picked up and installed a pair of these on my MKll. The color and checkering on the grips are exceptional. When you first grip the pistol you will notice that they not only feel good but they also fill your hand. My complaint about the original plastic grips that came with the gun was they felt too narrow and thus too much of my trigger finger was on the trigger. These grips transform the MKll to a new gun.
