This AP Customs free float tube is a lightweight carbon fiber forend for AR-15 rifles that is perfect for use in action shooting competitions such as 3-Gun. Constructed of cross woven carbon fiber for an ideal mixture of strength, rigidity and light weight, the AP Custom handguard also attaches quickly and easily to a standard AR-15 barrel nut via 3 allen head screws, not with epoxy like many other carbon fiber forend designs. The handguard features numerous slots along its length to improve barrel cooling and provide mounting areas for detachable picatinny rail sections (sold separately). Made in the USA.

Note: This forend requires a standard, Mil-Spec barrel nut (NOT Included) for installation.
