The Shepherd Magna-Pod features a unique design that incorporates a magnetic base that provides a rock solid rest on car hoods or other metal surfaces. The base is rubber coated to protect the mounting area, and the rest will accept a standard panning camera mount or a u-shaped rifle rest, both included.

Notes:
  • Adjustable telescoping post screws into a rubber-padded magnetic base (which can be placed on a vehicle roof, hood, etc.)
  • Top of post accepts either an adjustable pan head for spotting scope or a U-shaped padded rifle rest (both items included)
  • A steel base is included for shooting bench use
