I purchased this to use on my 22" Rem 1100 barrel for 3-gun, specifically slug shots. I have used a HIVIZ front sight on all my shotguns for almost 15 years and always been pleased with their quality products. This one is no exception! Installation is very straight forward as is adjusting the sight for elevation. Windage adjustment is possible, but falls more into the realm of "feel" since there are no notches. You just have to drift the rear sight then lock it down again. The only minor negative I have is that the front sight bead is a touch too big for USPSA targets or 12x12 plates at 100yds. It is the .135" light pipe which unfortunately is the smallest HIVIZ makes for the S or M series magnetic sights. Overall though an excellent sight at a bargain price!
