This video is a $30 copy ...

This video is a $30 copy of all the steps you need to dissasemble the Mini-14 that could be had in a Ruger-issued manual. It does not cover items in older Mini-14 standard rifles such as replacement of extractor/ejector parts and springs (which even Ruger would allow you to buy from them to replace if you just knew how). Unless you have a major problem with the Ruger manual itself, I'd save the $30. Video quality and sound is great otherwise.

I think this video was ...

I think this video was excellent. I watched it several times and then disassembled and reassembled my Mini-14 in about 15 minutes. Larry Crow who produced this video was extremely easy to understand If he ever reproduces this video, he might want to include, installing different size gas port bushings and fore and aft recoil buffers to prevent the rifle from throwing spent casings 25 to 30 feet. An excellent video, I would reccomend it to all Mini-14 owners. Well produced and easy to understand.
