This ammunition is new production, non-corrosive, in boxer-primed, reloadable brass cases.

I just returned from a ...

I just returned from a successful Minn. bear hunt. I shot the Hornady 265 gr. and the Cor-Bon 305 gr. prior to the hunt and both performed well on paper. I used the Cor-Bon because of the more robustly constructed bullet (see above review). I got a side shot at about 40 yds. The bullet hit behind the left shoulder and passed through the bear with a 3" exit wound. The animal went about 20 yds, and dressed out at 163 lbs. I would use this ammo again.

Tested three bullets all ...

Tested three bullets all with the same target and distance, 50yrds through 2 liter bottle capped w/water small shelf distanse of a ft. into enbankment of mud, not dry earth. Horn.265 light mag, Rem. 240 fp, Cor-Bon. 305 fpp. Dramatic results w/ Rem. smashing through 2 ltr. 4-6" into mud. Disappointed w/Horn. light mag. copper jacket separated during impact at 2 ltr. a few inchs. into mud. Cor-Bon load split 2ltr. axe blade width created deep firm channel in mud for 8-9" recovered bullet 14" total channel length. Bullet remained intact, shape and size of your thumb pressed into mud...I am aware that the loads are for different applications, that's the only shells I had ready to test.. test from Marlin 444 1-20" twist. intense shooting at 50yrd, I know that 305 will pound down 1000Lbs
