The Lee Reloading Stand was designed just for the purpose of holding a reloading press so reloader could load up ammunition.. The loading stand is made of sturdy powder coated steel, and places any press at the perfect counter stool or standing height. The three-leg design helps to assure stability regardless of the condition of the floor while the rubber tipped legs help to ensure that the stand will not slip on the surface. The steel top is fitted with the Lee Bench Plate System that comes with pre-drilled base block to fit all Lee metallic reloading presses. The stand also includes a sturdy steel shelf with two bench plate receivers so extra presses or mounted equipment can be stored neatly and out of the way. On each leg there are eight mounting holes allowing reloaders to customize their stand with accessories (sold separately).

SOLID. More sturdy than I expected. Came with steel and wood mounting plates. Of course the wooden one split when I drilled mounting holes for a second press. Order another steel plate if you're going to have multiple presses.

The product is actually rather sturdy. I wasn't sure if it would support the Redding Big Boss II press, but it does without the use of the concrete block at the bottom. The only issue with this is the mounting system. You cannot use the supplied brackets unless it's a Lee press in my opinion. It is so much easier and so much more stable to just drill 3 holes through the top of this platform and completely secure it that way. I would have given this 5 if it wasn't for me having to alter this. Otherwise good for a temporary stand!

I have used this stand for 6 months now. I have made 1000 rounds of 45 ACP with the Lee Anniversary Kit Press mounted on the stand. Everything is A-plus but the wood parts. The wood mounting base was very soft wood and just split tonite dumping the press on the floor. Also the round wood handle on the press arm comes off in your hand after about a month or two. Threads inside the wood stripped out quickly. Press arm threads are too fine to really hold the ball for long.

This is a rock solid stand when assembled properly. I'm 5' 8" and the height is just fine. Any shorter and I'd have to sit down to see what I'm loading. I love that I can easily remove and add my four presses to the top. I've even added a vise to one of the plate systems. I've used a Classic Cast single press, 4 hole classic turret press, Hornady L&L progressive press, and Lyman turret press on this stand, and highly recommend it.

As a new reloader,, I am looking at all possibilities. The stand is great, the only warning I give is tighten the screws that hold the press base as tight as you can. As I shoot Glocks,, I have to take the "glock bulge" out and use a single stage press and I like the fact I can store it or the Loadmaster on the bottom shelf. I sit on a bar stool which makes the stand perfect height, and I really don't need to weigh the stand down with blocks as I rest my foot on the bottom shelf. Stand has room to mount extra bins or die holder bracket. Also comes with instructions for building an extended top. I think if Lee made the top as a kit it would sell well,, GREAT PRODUCT

This is a good value in a ...

This is a good value in a reloading stand but it is much taller than competitive stands. I was expecting the press to end up at 30 inches above the floor like others but it is about 40 inches. I decided to cut 9 inches out of each leg and raise the shelf 6 inches. Now it's perfect (for me). Also, the top plate flexes when you use a heavy press like the Lee Classic Cast and Lee's mounting block system. I solved that by cutting a triangle for a base and drilling a hole for a bolt at the rear of the triangle. Now it's almost as stiff as a workbench top. I think if Lee stiffens the top and changes the height to 30 inches it will be a world beater.

I had this on my wish list for Christmas and there it was under the tree. I love my Reloading stand.I'm new to reloading but have had a great experience with all my Lee products. This one is no different. I use the 4-Hole Turret Press on the stand. It is very stable during use and takes up very little room in my basement. This product truly has enhanced my reloading experience. Putting it together was a bit of a chore...but that's due more to my shortfalls than the stands manufacture.
