This boresighter attaches to the inside of a firearm's muzzle using an o-ring system. It will fit .22 through .50 caliber firearms, as well as 12 and 20 gauge shotguns, and includes a target card and a scope leveling target. Align your scope with the target crosshairs and your boresighted for up to 300 yards.

The "boresighter" performed as advertised. Every use in both handgun and rifle put the bullet on the paper with most being in the rings. Handguns at 50 feet were within 1 to 1 1/2 inches of dead center.Changing "O Rings" is a task but can be accomplished with a pic made from a sewing needle.

Contacted the company about the missing 9mm 115 gr and 45 ACP 230gr bullet charts NOT included! (two most popular for these calibers) The company stated don't worry about it and just use the closest weight. No No NO NO!! This is not a precise device! The "O" ring system stinks!!! While it appears as a precision device it is NOT. High quality junk is what it is! While it has cool features, they are the same quality as found in a cereal box. The device itself IS high quality but the way it centers itself with the "O" rings is garbage. The "Rare" earth magnets are not very strong and the "O" rings peel off when trying to insert in the barrel... A better device would expand the center guide after insertion. I found one of those for $35.00. THIS IS VERY DISAPPIONTING !!!!

I was recommended this product by a local gun smith and Midway had the best price I could find. It took only a few minutes per gun to get them sighted in perfectly. The only problem I found was that the 12 gauge adapter was a shade too large to fit the barrel on my Remington 870 Express but fit my Saiga 12 perfectly. Thanks to the magnetized body I was able to get the laser mounted in the 870 and sighted in easily.

Easily the best relatively inexpensive boresighter out there. Much better than the cartridge types and useful on ARs where the sights are too high for the traditional types. This is a quality unit. Highly recommended. An extra set of O-rings would be nice. I think I will contact the company and see if I can get them direct.

I cannot compare this bore sight to others because this is the first one I've purchased. Nonetheless, this one is a solid, well-made unit. The only negative is trying to figure out which O-ring to use for different calibers. The instruction manual has a chart with actual size drawings for various calibers, but it still takes some trial and error to find the correct one. I recommend this product.

This one really works! I spent $40 on one and it will get you on paper at 25 yards, which you could do anyway if the stupid thing was stuck in your ear rather than the muzzleThe cheap ones are not good for anything but making someone rich from your hard earned money.If you really need a bore site, this is the one.

This is, IMHO, the best product of its type, and not nearly the most expensive. It has a very positive switch, and the quality of the materials used, the workmanship and the documentation are all top-notch, as is the customer support. It is American made and supported, and the manual is printed in English only. I had occasion to call tech support - it was a failure on my part to read the manual completely - and my call was answered promptly, the operation explained, and before the call ended, they took my name and address so that they could send me an extra supply of rubber grommets. Can't beat that.

Other boresight tools I looked at here in local stores had a cheap feel. This boresighter feels like a real precision tool, and performed as such. Was on the paper close to the bullseye. That's all I ask.

We've sighted in a half-dozen scopes with this thing & it gets you on paper at 50 yards every time (sometimes requiring no further windage adjustment at all). Never messed with the software that comes with it, the laser is plenty accurate for our needs. If you sight in more than a few rifles a year it won't take too long to pay for itsself with the ammo savings (not to mention time & gas for extra trips to the range). Also, squirrels seem to like to chase the dot around the backyard.

Well worth the money. Does an excellent job on pistols as well as rifles. Have not tried shotgun yet. It has gotten me pin point accuracy with semi auto pistols as well as rifles. One nice feature is that it is already set up for 22 cal and 30 cal out of the box AR's 5.56/223 (will accomodate standard length flash supressor) and 7.62/308. Those rings are always left on. Just take your time when changing rings for other calibers. Some sizes need a little extra effort to manipulate, but no big deal. Would highly recommend.
