This is a good product but, it did not seem to function better in my Sig 522, if you have a tac. 22lr that is picky this may be what your looking for. I did not do groups comparing to other Ammo such as canned heat and CCI. It was cleaner than bulk ammo but that not saying much.

For you folks looking for good, accurate ammo for an AR style rifle, this should work well. I have shot over a 1000 rounds in a Rock River DCM 1-8tw barrel with excellent accuracy. I know of 5 other rifles of different makes, that all shoot this stuff really well, all with barrel twists of 1-7 - 1-8". We all use it for high power practice at reduced targets, with 22 adapter kits. It is accurate enough to help in that respect. Group size runs in my rifles, on order of 3/8 to 1 in., open sight groups, @50 ft., depends on the day. The ammo is clean, with no issues with gas tube fouling. Compared to high dollar match ammo, this is very good stuff, and should give accuracy enough to help develope shooting skills. Just remember to clean the chamber really well before shooting regular 223/556 loads, and you should have no issues.

This is the only ammo that never misfires in my Walther P.22. I have tried others, but won't ever stray again. Accurate and not filthy. I am sold on CCI .22 LR.

I really like this tactical 22 cal. ammo. I purchased a S&W M&P 15-22 and have been involved in competive target shooting with my two sons and several friends at a friends home range. It is a wonderful setup and well designed with covered elevated deck with 4 benchrest shooting stations and a 5 row 10 steel disc auto resetting steel target stand. The target range is 30 yards. The steel discs sizes are from 1 1/2" to 1" to 3/4 " down to 1/2 inch. Each contestant puts a dollar in the pot for each round. Each shooter gets 10 shots at their row of different colored steel discs. The most disc hit wins and if there is a tie the shooters have to hit a smaller spinner disc to break the tie. I tried several different brands of ammo and was having frequent fliers which was causing numerous misses at the small disc. I finally decide to try th CCI Tactical and what a difference it made. I won the first two rounds and ended up winning four rounds and blew one tie shoot off. One of my sons also used my gun and won 4 rounds. Am I pleased with the CCI Tactical? I would say that I certainly am. Thank you CCI.

I'm only gonna give 2 stars, which is still a "Fair" rating. I used these in my GSG-5 and had numerous FTF's. I went through about 50 rounds and then switched over to CCI SV and didn't have a single problem with another 50. Groupings were a little better with the standard velocity as well.Would I buy these again? No. I didn't want to give a poor rating because in other rifles this stuff seems to work great for others.

Very Clean in my Ruger ...

Very Clean in my Ruger 10/22. I use this ammo because I have my 10/22 built like an ar-22 and use the Ruger bx25 mags. This ammo and all ammo by cci feeds very well and is much more reliable. I have very few miss feeds and no miss fires. And at the end of a box the rifle is much cleaner than with the bulk Remington or federal ammo. You get what you pay for!

Ammo is awesome. Used it at 150 yards and got a 2 inch grouping and 1 inch at 100 yards. Will def. buy more. Used a bolt action mark 2 tr rifle.

Compared CCI AR to CCI Mini Mag and Federal Game-Shok at indoor range at 50 ft using an M&P 15/22 performance center rifle. AR produced 2+ inch spread, with 1/75 misfeed, which sheared off part of the bullet on the chamber. The Mini Mag's had a 1.5+ in spread with no FTF, FTE or misfire. Game-Shok put the entire mag, 25 rounds, through a 1" hole.
