I've had there ankle holster for awhile now and it is simply phenomenal, best pistol accessory out there. I bought two of these, for myself and the wife, and I returned them both. Not because they are bad quality, I'm sure they are just as good as the ankle holster - just unnecessary. I wear flip flops and jeans 95% of the time and have never had an issue with the holster sliding down. I put it right above the big joint that connects ankle to foot and it stays all day. I wear the holster almost every day for around 12+ hours and am fairly active (as active as you can be in flip flops) and it always stays put. I know some people like this attachment but I'd recommend buying the holster first and using it for a couple weeks, then if you need it snag this.

Must have with the ankle holster. With this, I can comfortably carry a J frame revolver on my ankle.

I bought this strap with the Apache ankle holster. It is a good quality accessory. If I could suggest two things to DeSantis they would be to make the vertical strap longer and to find a way to make the few prickly melted edges a little softer. G&G make a nicer support strap, but this one uses slightly more ridgid materials. I'd still recommend this product for anyone getting the ankle holster that is not going to wear combat boots (to keep the holster in place).
