These 100% copper bullets are perfect for personal protection and hunting situations. The hollow point design allows for controlled expansion upon impact, and since there is no lead-core, nearly 100% of the weight is retained allowing more energy to be transferred upon the target. If youre looking for ...

If youre looking for non-lead for your backup pistol, this is what I use! I can load them with plenty of powder in the case. I was using 200gr silvers and had to go non-lead. This bullet I use in a ruger single six. They maintain their full weight on impact. They make a nasty entrance wound and a massive exit wound. I do wish they were heavier but they are an affordable/accurate non-lead round! The last things I want to add are they have a massive hollow point and I bought enough to last because I figure they will be back ordered. I would give it a four because of the low weight but it is not the fault of the product. 5 stars!

I used a box of these in ...

I used a box of these in my TC Encore 209x50 Muzzle Loader with Sabots for hunting for a couple of years and always had really efficient, quick, clean one shot kills with them as if I did my part the bullet definitely did it's part. It retains all of it's weight with 150gr of Pyrodex pushing it and is extremely accurate.The only problem I have with these (or most any Barnes Bullets for that matter)is the extremely high price of them.While they did perform flawlessly for me while hunting I have found other brand bullets that perform just as well for hunting use and are a lot easier on my wallet.If you don't mind the price though these are definitely good bullets.RemMax

Found it to retain most ...

Found it to retain most it's mass in testing. Had difficulty finding reloading data so worked up my own loads for the 45 GAP. Great little GAP round. No lead hazard here.
