BattleSights feature a zero cant mounting system ensuring perfect sight alignment. Sight mounts to the receiver with a cross bolt. Handguard height for mounting on a rail system, will not work with railed gas blocks.

This review should be perfectly superfluous. Troy's flip up iron sights reputation proceeds itself. These are the finest you can buy. I had initially installed a plastic set of BUIS to save a few dollars on by AR build. I got what I paid for and replaced them with Troy iron sights. These sights provide a great picture, are stable, and maintain a low profile. In short, they work. Back up iron sights shouldn't be fancy, you shouldn't think about them. They should be there when you need. I used these sights in an Appleseed shoot and was very impressed. They mimic the military iron sight very well.
