Spring, follower and base clamp included

Capacity is calculated based on 2-3/4" shells. Capacity is reduced one round with 3" shells.

not perfect fit

by not perfect well I mean it say its for 22.5 and longer barrels. I have 24" ported barrel on my 835 this tube was longer than the barrel by a full 1" to 1.5". It looked stupid so I bought a Carlson breecher choke and well it looks better and shoots like a .410 plus mine will hold 10+1 go figure.

My 835 would hold 6+1 ...

My 835 would hold 6+1 2.75" shells in stock form. I expected this 4 shot extension to bring that capacity to 10+1. It only added 3 more rounds to the magazine (9+1). This is due to the length of the supplied aftermarket spring. I could get that extra shell into the tube by trimming down the spring length, but it REALLY forces those shells out of the tube into the loading position. I chose to leave it alone as I firmly believe in functionality over capacity and one more shell is not worth the potential jam. Besides, who would argue with 10 rounds of 00 buckshot? Bluing is deep, nice and even. You have to compress a good length of spring up into the tube - hold it - compress the rest of the spring into the shotgun and lower the tube into place. If you allow it ANY wiggle room the spring will shoot out sideways like a Jack-In-The-Box. Wear safety glasses. If you want a true Home Defense/Combat shotgun, buy this for your 835!
