Runs like a dream in my 226. It works just as good as the factory mags but costs less and holds 18 instead of 15 rounds. Mine came with plastic base plate but works great.

I purchased several of these to use with my SIG 226 (9mm) Enhanced Elite. No complaints here. They eject smoothly loaded or empty. The magazine floor plates are a polymer vs metal with the SIG magazines. No MEC-GAR stamping on my SIG logo mags, SIG must have wised up. A nice surprise for me was the MEC-GAR floorplates are the exact same contour and size as the base of my SIG. They look custom made!

Excellent product. I purchased five to use in USPSA competition, shot my first match with these on the 23rd and not one malfunction. Magazines performed superbly.

Great mags, function flawlessly in my P226. These mags also work perfectly in my P228, they just protrude below the mag well about 3/4" (like a G17 mags protrudes from a G19 grip). Sweet mags.

I picked 4 of these mags for my W. German P226 and I have run hundreds and hundreds of rounds through these mags without a single malfunctions. Fit and finish are flawless and of the highest quality. Save your money and buy these. These are up to par with Sig mags yet for less money.

Went in smoothly, fed everything into the tube, kept chamber open after last round and came out smoothly. And it shoots 18 + 1 times. What more can we ask for? Wish a lot of other things in life worked so well!

Great magazine, better than the Sig mags. Mine came with plastic floor plates but they hold up as well as the steel. They insert smoother into the mag well due to the slick coating. Cheaper too!

Perfect functionality. Actually works better than the factory mag. My factory mag won't feed SWC bullets, whereas the MecGar does with no problem.
