This trigger provides many advantages over other triggers, primarily the sear engagement location. With the sear farther behind the hammer pivot there is less force against the sear allowing for a lighter trigger pull. Gunsmith fitting recommended. For more information on installation and use please view the AR Trigger System Operators Instruction Manual.

Please Note: This trigger may be modified by replacement of the trigger spring.

I bought this trigger thinking it would give close to a 1 1/2 or 2 lb trigger sorry charlie not even close. After a lot of tuning i got it to 3lb 4 oz . So I am dissappointed to say the least so be fore warned .

I've had this trigger installed for a couple years now running the 2.5# spring which measured 2.5 on a scale. It takes a while to install to get it adjusted correctly but there is no pre or over travel if done correctly. I recently switched to the 4.5# spring and the trigger breaks clean at 4.5#. I'll be buying more for my other projects.

it's put together differently than a stock trigger, and the instructions didn't go outta the way to explain, in what way ... so I actually had to think about it for a few minutes ... otherwise, I had completed the swap in about 5minI've had a JP (stupidly let it go with an old gun) and I have a Geissele ... this trigger is very nice, but compared to the JP, it has a LOT of creep ... next time I'll pay extra to have a JP installed, again ... it's worth itotherwise, for the money, and ease, this really is a good value

This trigger has a lot of creep. It is however a vast improvement over the stock trigger. Once you get used to where it breaks, it may turn out to be a decent trigger. Will post again when I get out to the range with it.

I chose this trigger based on the reviews saying that it was easy to install, and I wasn't disappointed - it was an actual pleasure. The instructions are clear, and the install went without a hitch. In use, the trigger is excellent. Although very light, the feel is just enough for full control: ideal for target shooting.

Upon reciept I installed the trigger with ease. The trigger comes complete with all the parts minus the pins. After install, I dry fired the rifle and immediatley noticed how crisp and smooth the trigger pull was. The Jard trigger functions very good. Very little to no drag was present and was very crisp and consistant. A friend stated that I might have problems with the hammer hitting to light to detent the primer. Overall, I would highly recommend this trigger to anyone who demands accuracy and consistancy out of they'r AR-15 rifle.

This is a GREAT trigger. I must say it is a pain to adjust, but it is one time and set-up is well, set-up. I'm not trying to scare you from doing this trigger yourself (I did so and if you are reasonably mechanically inclined you can to). I love this trigger well, well worth the money. Nice easy pull, no grit and a clean break. If you own an ar and looking to up grade your fire system you can not go wrong with this trigger.

After getting the old ...

After getting the old trigger, out use extra fine wet paper to polish the ends of the new spring and receiver were spring slides on. What you will get is one smooth trigger with a great pull and no grittiness.

It took all of five ...

It took all of five minutes to install the trigger (1.5) lbs a little gritty but that should smooth out if fired for a short time with out lube. Then a good coat of moly grease will make it even better. My AR never had it so good. On way to range right now.
