Excellent inexpensive ...

Excellent inexpensive outdoor practice bullet, a little smokey for close indoor work. No leading, consistent accuracy, suitable for small game hunting, not over destructive for the pot.

I used these to reload 38 ...

I used these to reload 38 Long Colt and they work great. I loaded them with Bullseye and left no leading in the barrel. I highly recommend these for the old 38 LC.

I use these for Cowboy ...

I use these for Cowboy Action shooting in a pair of '61 Navy Richards conversions. I run a "max cowboy load" using HP-38 and have seen no leading in the barrel. These are very consistent, very accurate bullets. Highly recommended for Cowboy Action Shooting.I can't figure out why they come in boxes of 300, though.

Excellent value...these ...

Excellent value...these bullets work very well in my S&W 15-3 38 Spec. They are softer than cast and 'bump up' very nicely so they don't leave any leading at all. The lube is a clear wax-like substance impregnated in the checkered driving portion of the bullet and it burns clean, leaving no smoke like alox-based lubes. I wouldn't use these in a gun giving a velocity over about 1200 fps, or leading could be a problem. I use them for target shooting, but they would also make a great Cowboy Action bullet.

I used these bullets for ...

I used these bullets for an inexpensive .38 Special practice round. Very easy to load. Crimping over the rim gave me the exact OAL that I wanted. I produced very consistent muzzle velocities (about 770 fps avg.) and excellent accuracy with these bullets. Using a 4" barrel S&W 65-6 at 25 yards, without a shooting rest, I hit the black circle on a 100 yard rim fire target repeatedly. I was very pleased.
