Product Information

This boresighter attaches to the inside of a firearm's muzzle using an o-ring system and features a green laser that is up to 50 times brighter than red laser systems. It will fit .22 through .50 caliber firearms, as well as 12 and 20 gauge shotguns, and includes a carrying case.

Great products, saves a bunch in ammo

Sighting in my 6.8 SPC, which can be an expensive live round exercise, took minutes with this bore sight. Didn't just get me on the paper, got me to 1" above the target on the first try at 100 yards.

Highly recommended!

Mine works great, first verify center on elevation and windage adjustment of scope, mount, make major adjustment to windage-adjustable bases (if equipped), then make fine adjustments to scope turrets. This little jewel has put me on paper at 200 yards with little more than a 30-ft setup in the comfort of my basement.

Easy to see, I used it ...

Easy to see, I used it indoors not out, and it did put it on paper and saved rounds. The unit came with a dead battery, a 3volt, fortunately I had one of my own...and on the 2nd use the tiny 22 cal. 'O' ring (which you are supposed to leave on) broke, I might not have had enough lube on it, but there is no spare. I had to call the company and they sent me some n/c but I had it sitting unusable for awhile. Also the rear threads that the adapters thread onto has no protector for the sharp threads I'm concerned I'm going to scratch my match barrels. Correct those problems and it would be excellent.

Seems very well made...unfortunately came with a dead battery..a 3 volt 123..and after a couple of uses the .22 cal 'O' ring for the bore rod broke and no spare was included. I had to call the company. I guess I didn't lube it enough. dot is easy to see and puts the dot within a few inches. I would like to see a better design than the 'O' rings..

I received the first laser and it was dead on arrival, tried new batteries etc all to no avail. I sent it back and midway sent me another and guess what, it is also dead on arrival. I am sending this one back and will ask for my money back this time, it is a shame because I could really use something like this if it actually worked, but this is junk and I am out 6 weeks and shipping fees back twice. I would recommend that midway drop this unit (SL-500) from their product line.
