The Gerber Big Rock Fixed Blade Knife was originally designed by Bill Harsey as a hunting knife, but it has become a popular choice as an all-purpose, fixed blade camping/survival knife as well. The full-tang, 440A drop-point blade has a fine edge and is razor sharp. The ergonomic, glass-filled nylon handle is covered with a textured rubber overmold for a comfortable and secure grip. The Big Rock includes a nylon sheath and the lanyard hole at the butt end is compatible with standard 550 nylon cord. Hunting, fishing, camping, it makes no difference, the Big Rock was created for the outdoors.
