I have not mounted this ...

I have not mounted this or shot it yet, but my first observations have been: 1) the glass is very clear from edge to edge 2) the eye relief is perfect 3) the magnification adjustment knob is easy to use and remains focused at all powers in between 4) unfortunately that tiny little dot (.9 MOA) is really, really hard to see - I find the illumination feature to be almost useless - thankfully I bought the German #4 and thus it is not really needed for most situations and thus is not of huge concern to me.

This is a very very nice ...

This is a very very nice scope. Very crisp and bright image. Obviously, very wll made of solid construction without being overly heavy or bulky. The illuminated dot with brightness that is light dependant is really impressive. Overall, I would say for a hunting scope with a great FOV allowing 2 eye targeting and that you can realistically use out to 300-400 yds, this scope is going to be awfully hard to beat - nothing comes to my mind that can compete in its price range. A very fine scope.
