This scope filled the bill with the eye relief needed to mount to 243 bolt pistol. Optics are incredibly clear, and held zero with the firearms recoil. Very pleased with the hand adjustable turrets and overall performance.

I have this mounted to a CZ452 hm2 American. It has everything I wanted in a scope-AO-variable power up to 14X-clarity-and standard size for the Burris sig. med rings. Thought about going up to the Fullfield II, but this fit the bill perfectly.

Excellent scope, finally a perfect fit on my M1 carbine. It is the only scope available over a 3-9 power that would fit this application due to low clearance on the handguard with the Weaver side mounts. Anything over 32mm objective would not work. Super-fast exchanges by Midway a big +!

A great value in a compact scope. Glass and mechanicals are very good to excellent. Only drawback to the scope is the limited adjustment range of 30 MOA. Be sure you are shooting a flat-trajectory ammo or have some rings or a rail that adds to your adjustment range. This scope works really well with the Burris Signature rings!

If they had 7 stars, this scope would rate all 7! This is without a doubt THE finest scope to 14x that I have used, and I have used several brands (big $$).The optics are as clear and sharp as any high-doller scope and the eye relief is long enough to allow it to be mounted anywhere on the receiver. Exit pupil of ~2.3mm at 14x is plenty even in low light conditions.Also, the ultra-fine crosshairs are precise enough to let my Anschutz Exemplar shoot <0.25" 5-shot groups at 50 yards. Add the low price and warranty and I can't imagine a finer scope for the price!

Very bright at lower magnifications, bright enough at higher magnification. Positive adjustment clicks, great eye relief. The smaller objective bell allows you to mount the scope very low on the rifle.

So far so good. Quality build, clear optics, smooth adjustments, typical Burris equipment. I was disappointed in the "Made in the Philippines" sticker, but that came off quickly. The description said nothing about foreign assembly, but for $200 less than the discontinued Burris Mag Series, it makes sense. Still Lifetime Warranty so it's all good.

I just ordered my second Burris Timberline. The scope delivers a clear and bright image through the full range of magnification. The compact size is perfect for my bullpup .22lr as well as my AR15. The adjustments are precise and repeatable. There may be better scopes, but none at this compact size and price point.
