One look and you know Xtreme Tactical Rings are all about point-of-aim security and durability. The super-strong yet surprisingly lightweight, six-screw aluminum rings anchor scopes in place on any Picatinny rail or Weaver-style base to deliver unfailing return-to-zero. Available in 1" and 30mm sizes, a choice of four ring heights accommodates the installation of any sight from red-dots to large objective target scopes. The 1" height is perfect for all scopes on AR15/M16 flattop receivers, providing proper cheek weld. Designed and built for the rigors of tactical shooting and massive recoil, Xtreme Tactical Rings are not out of place on varmint rifles or big game rifles that may be exposed to the abuses of hard hunting and magnum recoils.

They are very good looking, strong rings, but there is one problem with them. I bought the medium height like I always have for all of my 40 mm objective scopes and the scope was about one half inch above my barrel on my Remington 700 SPS Varmint. These medium rings are comparable to other high rings. I am exchanging them for the low rings though. They are great rings, but just beware of the height.

These rings were used to ...

These rings were used to mount a Nikon scope to a M1A with a 3rd gen mount. Scope alignment rods indicated the rings weren't properly aligned when first mounted. Performance at the range confirmed the rings were pinching the scope preventing zeroing of the rifle. Subsequent reaming was considerable; a significant amount of material had to be removed to get flat surfaces. Even with a large volume of the rings cut there weren't sufficient flat surfaces to prevent torquing of the scope. The end result is the rings were thrown in the trash. Don't waste your money. These things are just cast aluminum with no precision to their shape.

I have used these rings and I have used rings from Warne among others. These rings are by far the best value for their money. If you want your rings to look dainty or stylish then this isn't for you. These rings are beefy and lock down solid. Using my "Fat Wrench" I torque them at 25 in#. You want something that works get these you won't be sorry.

Excellent Rings! Big, strong and Rigid. These are very secure fitting rings and will hole your scope securely on any rifle as long as you do your part and torque the ring caps down correctly. The 6 screw caps are a bit of a pain to get torqued evenly but with a little time and patience its not hard.I am using these medium rings to mount a Bushnell Elite 3200 10x on my .308 cal LR308, I also have a LR308 in .260 that uses a standard A3 style upper and rail and on that one I used the Extra High (1") rings.The 1" rings work perfectly on a AR15 Flat Top without having to use any type of riser, if you have a DPMS High Rise Upper these will fit your scope to the correct height.Definitely recommend these rings to anyone looking for a good solid set of rings that also look good, these give my LR308's a nice look. I have 2 sets of the high rings and a set of these and am back now buying another set so I guess Im happy with them. Definitely better than some of the other "tactical AR" rings! Great product, however I ordered my rings too low. I put a 3x9x40 Zeiss 1" tube on a flat top RRA upper. I think the "medium rings" are just a hair too low, I had to really smash my cheek into the stock for a proper sight picture. I reordered and got the "high rings". Much better fit. FYI

Big beefy rings! Excellent quality at an affordable price. Mounted on a Savage 10 FP .308, mounting a Fulfield 2 Tactical scope. Holds zero perfectly! Will buy another set for my next build. Highly reccomend!

Outstanding value, fit, and quality. I use these rings on the AR-15 as well as the Savage 10FP. These are the solution for scope mounting on rails in my opinion.

Extremely heavy duty mounting rings. Med rings on remington SPS tactical .223 gave plenty of barrel clearance but just enough to clear bolt. Good fit/finish. I recommend.

These rings are monsters, (in a good way) once you mount them, they are on. Strong solid, great fit, your scope won't go anywhere either. they are heavier than I expected and bigger. I ordered 2 sets, one low and one medium, I doubt that I can find a better set of rings for the same price, the low is taller than some of the medium rings I have had in the past. All I can say is awesome. I will be buying these from now on.
