Product Information

Since 1928, Prvi Partizan has been producing custom ammunition in Serbia for competition, indoor ranges and big game hunting. Full metal jacket loads are non-expanding rounds that were designed for target and varmint hunting because of their good penetration ability. Hollow point loads were designed with the competition shooter in mind since they are extremely accurate. Reloadable brass cases feature Boxer primers. This ammunition is non-corrosive.

My Armalite AR-10 did not ...

My Armalite AR-10 did not like this ammo. 100% failed to feed. 75% failed to eject. I wish I had never bought this ammo. It's good for single, manual loading and shooting only in my rifle.

Aside from 168gr SMK, ...

Aside from 168gr SMK, these are the most accurate round out of my Remington 700 XCR Compact Tactical with the 20" 1:12 barrel. They're not much to look at, but at 300yds, they'll go through the same holes over and over! I killed a doe with a round of this ammo and the wound was ideal for the meat hunter. progressively enlarged channel, shoulder to shoulder with a 2" exit wound and a decimated heart. This ammo is no work of art but your shots will be.

A Rem 700 XCR Compact, ...

A Rem 700 XCR Compact, 20" 1:12 twist, successfully landed these rounds on a 2" washer at 300 yds coldbore. Scouts Honor! SP still packed the Wallop to penetrate 1/4" steel, though I'm not sure what hardness temper it was. Individual results may vary. My zero being based on 168 FGMM, these rounds mimic over 90% point of aim point of impact compatibility without needing scope adjustments. I can't say that about any of the other big name rounds out there.

Bought a box of Prvi 165 ...

Bought a box of Prvi 165 gr. for comparison to Winchester 150 and Hornady Tap 168 gr. out of my FNAR. The Prvi grouped better than anything I've ever shot from my FNAR at 100 yds. Less than 1/2 inch group sighted 2 inches high. Before buying in bulk I tried it at 200 yds. Dropped about 4 to 6 inches. The Winchester and Hornady dropped about 2 inches as expected. Actually, the heavier Hornady bullet dropped less than the Winchester bullet. Nothing wrong with the Prvi as long as you're not taking long shots. On average, they all grouped about the same at 100 yds.
