Product Information

The C&S Tactical 2 set is precision CNC machined from high quality. The matched hammer, sear and disconnector of this set improve the trigger pull over the standard factory trigger parts. The matched parts combined with the hammer spring and light pull sear give you a trigger pull that will yield a 4 pound (+ or - 1/2 lb) trigger pull. The stainless steel offers more corrosion resistance over the standard carbon steel parts. All of the parts are heat treated to a Rockwell C hardness of 55-58 for long term durability. Cylinder & Slide parts carry a manufactures lifetime warranty against breakage to the original purchaser on un-modified parts.

I purchased this as a drop in replacement for the stock trigger on my Springfield Range Officer. It took all of 30 minutes to install and I ended up with a crisp 3.75# trigger. The set included instruction sheets for both the hammer and sear and detailed the safety checks that must be employed. The set also included hardness certificated for the hammer, sear and disconnector, a nice touch that goes to show how serious Cylinder and Slide is to producing a quality product. The sear does not have a relief cut on the engagement surface so there is room for improvement, but overall a very good trigger set.
