Mistakes happen

Before noticing that the .223 case had not fully seated in the case holder (it was not lined up with the primer flash hole), I put a little too much force on the decapper/sizer and broke the tip of the decapper. I should have noticed because of the amount of pressure I had to put on the vice, it took a lot to break it. Human error does happen. I ordered two (just in case I got dumb again) from Midway USA and received them several days later. Great product and great service. I only use Lee reloading equipment.

This part was used to replace a snapped decapper pin due to operator error. Accidentally tried to decap a Berdan-primed 5.56 NATO brass case and snapped the pin. This part was easily installed. Within 5 minutes my FL Lee size and decap die returned to operation.
