Featuring a HI-SPEED hammer with 50% lock time reduction over standard hammers, this two stage trigger is adjustable for overtravel and sear engagement. 1st stage pull weights range from 1.3-3 lbs, 2nd stage pull weights range from .5-1.5 lbs. Includes instructions. Minor fitting may be required.

Note: When installing this trigger in an LR-308 the machined in trigger guard can sometimes hit the trigger so the bottom of the trigger may need to be relieved.

A note on trigger and hammer pins:

Our good friends in Hartford have made one more deviation from the norm in some of their AR type rifles, using an approximately .170" (large) hole for the hammer and trigger pins as opposed to the .154" (small)diameter pins of the rest of the world, including all military M16s. This change was made in order to make it more difficult for civilians to use M16 parts in AR rifles. This is important to note, and before purchasing any hammer, trigger, disconnector or lower parts kit you need to check the diameter of the holes in your lower to determine if you have a "large" or "small" pin lower receiver.

Unbelievable trigger! ...

Unbelievable trigger! That's all I have to say. When Bill set out to make a better trigger, he did what he set out for. This trigger breaks like a glass rod. Smooth as butter, just be careful on your 2nd stage adjustments and not go too low esp. on a bigger bore like the 6.8spc, as you may fire 2-3rd bursts by bump fire accident. Also please remember to use the pins that come with this trigger. NO KNS pins! Words from Bill (Guys- Lee) himself. USE ONLY THE PINS THAT COME WITH IT.

Installed this DMR version on my DPMS LR308. The original trigger was gritty and you never knew when it would break. This trigger was worth the money and I installed it myself. Was able to get it down to about 3.5 lbs average. Hammer seems to move super fast. I love pulling through the first stage till it stops. Then I know exactly where the 2nd stage will break. Awesome trigger!!! Had to Dremel a bit off the length as it was touching the trigger guard.

What can I say? This trigger is amazing! I have NO gunsmithing experience, this is the first modification I have ever made to any of my guns. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I did not change the weight of the first stage because I didn't want to mess with bending the springs. The second stage is easy to change (just a small screw). I crack a small smile every time I pull this trigger. It's like nothing else.

Well I loved the Match Grade two stage on my Heavy Barrel Colt so much and just had to add a Two Stage Trigger for my Colt Gov't Carbine too. For this carbine I chose a trigger with very different specs. I mean I couldn't go around with the Match trigger pull weights, I needed heavier pull weights for safety. The firearm is designed for close up to mid range distances. I believe that I made the right choice going by the pull weight specs. I want a lighter pull weight though, it's just a little too heavy on the pull weights. I need to go through the adjustments again to optimize the adjustments. I'm going by the instructions but I'm just not happy or rather I'm just not used to the pull weights, yet. The installation went smoothly just like my Match Trigger Group on my Heavy Barrel Colt. And I'm happy to report that I didn't have to remove any metal at all just like the other Trigger group on the Heavy Barrel Match Colt. This Trigger group is sharing the same feel as before on the other Trigger Group, very smooth pull and a good break for the second when the hammer falls. It is a very good Trigger as it is a surprise when the hammer falls. It teaches good technique, because of the surprise when the Hammer falls. I own two Colt AR-15s and I would be buying another one of these great quality Trigger Groups if I owned another AR-15. I highly recommend these Triggers!

Installed on a DPMS LRT-SASS .308. Trigger shipped complete with trigger/hammer assembly, including new pins, oil & grease, and allen wrenches and pin tool. Instructions were well written for both the installation and adjustments. Was able to install and adjust in less than an hour. The SASS comes with the JP trigger which is very good, however this trigger is phenomenal: zero creep, perfectly smooth, and breaks like a thin glass rod. I was already shooting sub-MOA, but this really tightened up my groups. If you are looking for that one thing to boost/accurize your AR get this trigger, you wont regret it!!

This is the trigger you need! I was a little nervous buying a trigger this expensive but after installation there is no doubt it is worth every penny. You will want a professional install the trigger, if it is too light you will have accidental discharges. If I had to do it all over again I would not change a thing, spend some money get this trigger and never regret the investment!

Definitely the best 2 stage trigger I've used. It's very adjustable, quick engagement, and sharp/crisp pull. I own 2 stages the LMT, RRA, CMMG, and this trigger beats them all. Of course you pay the price. If I had to rate them in order:1. Geissele2. CMMG3. RRA (though this was very close to being as good as the CMMG)4. LMT (better than any single stage, but felt like a ugly pull after using the top 3)

Great trigger (for an AR trigger) I have a Timney 3lb, Jard 3 pound, Chip McCormick 3 pound and of course stock military - This is by far the best (next is the discontinued Chip M.) Allows very accurate shooting on the light second stage - I never did any of the special grease stuff - just CLP, like the rest of the rifle. Still works fine! A++++ Worth the extra $$

This trigger makes the RRA 2-stage trigger seem like a dog. The RRA is good but this thing is way above it. Of course its over $100 more too. But you get a very durable trigger thats light, crisp and very fast. And, unlike drop-in triggers, you can easily change the springs and do cleaning maintenance if need be. Great trigger, not cheap but the quality is top notch.
