Excellent Magazine

I have purchased military surplus FAL metric and IMI magazines and none of them worked very well in my Kel-Tec RFB. Both the 20 and 30 round DSA magazines worked perfect firing over 500 rounds.

Horrible magazine

I would not buy again. I have a imbel fal and this magazine would not even feed one round. I tried different ammo varying bullet weights and configurations and not one would feed. Bullets are hard to remove from magazine. I have other surplus Fal magazines none of which I have any problems with. I researched and found other have had this problem but DSA has yet to fix it.

The mags are great except they don't load the last round into my LAR-8. I'm guessing it's a follower issue.

Wish they were cheaper, but these are just about as good as it comes for FAL mags. The days of the cheap, but reliable, import mags have just about vanished, so it's time to resupply with quality domestic replacements and these are it.

Received a sample of one today; looks excellent! Finish is not parkerized as the product description states, and appears to be a black painted finish (probably over parkerizing) like OEM FN, Argie, and some Israeli mags, follower appears to be deeply blued or parkerized. Follower and floor plate marked "DS Arms." Will update when I get to use it at the range.
